Psychotherapy training

Third year at Homa, pursuing a humanistic orientation. Also completing a Transpersonal Psychology diploma with the British Transpersonal Association. Studying how people change through relationship, not just insight.

Somatic practice

Certified TRE™ Provider. Completing Oxygen Advantage® certification. Running workshops that help people feel what their nervous systems already know. See Embody Life for upcoming sessions.

Creating guides (like TRE.guide) for people who want rigour without woo. Occasional essays and poetry.
